you guys explain what we're looking for what kind of help we're looking for yeah so so basically we are now we have been briefing this um content for months and we we've had like four or five Zoom sessions that have been like three to four hours oh yeah yeah it's been lots of planning and we've just been thinking if we should switch it up a little bit more and make it more exciting even yes maybe make it a little bit more exciting and well we think it might be more exciting but we can't we cannot taint their view they need to answer this question this question honestly so yeah while we're building it we want you guys to help model it whether you are handling 360 students if you are then yes you have a vested interest in this if you plan to be handling 360 students in the future then yes you have a vested interest in this or if you have an understanding of online education um we just we want to switch something up and we want to know if you guys think it's a good idea yeah so we were thinking um if if we should do a mix of um static and motion skills right from the beginning because normally you have like these linear approaches where you go like really step by step we're still going to go step by step flat work and circle work and no equipment and then you keep growing and growing and that's how we raise our dogs all of our pepp yes and but there's now the thought that we might like we would be able to spice it up a little bit with that so could also add motion a little bit earlier so that was just a thought that we had so that's so I said before we make this decision we should go to the community and see if they think it's a good idea so like Max said traditionally we um just start at the beginning and and I and I think we start that way because we always start with puppies and so we're not putting puppies over jumps you know so but a lot of our students are starting with older dogs and so the question is should we continue to go you know flatwork static skills and then grow that up and go to you know cones and then grow that up and maybe the third classroom we introduce some skills on one jump which involves motion and so the Synergy of agility is all of the handling comes together so the question is do you think we should introduce some of the more um what some may call sexy skills um some may call like depending on your age like if you're like in your 20s you might call it skills with RZ skills with RZ if you're like in your 30s or 40s you might call it skills with swagger I don't know what a 60 year-old should call it the sexy stuff the sexy I don't think I don't think we are allowed
