A lot of people don't realize that getting a sweet heel like this is not based on any leash pops. It's not based on you using any prong collars or e-collars even. This is purely based on alignment. That means my dog understands that his chest and my knee are always aligned. Now, where does that come from? Where does he get this idea that this needs to be that way? When he gets a source, whatever that can be, I teach him to align. And after this alignment, we're going to keep it. Because for him, this reference has worked so many times that it is an automation for him to just default with this alignment. And therefore, at my sweet heel.
