제가 MVP를 진행하면서 사람들이 영상을 제출할 때, 예전에는 그냥 영상을 툭 던져놓고 저한테 물어보곤 했습니다. 어떻게 생각하세요? 자, 거꾸로 물어볼게요. 여러분은 어떻게 생각하시나요? 어떻게 생각하세요? 무엇이 보이나요? 잘된 점은 무엇인가요? 자, 만약 마음에 들지 않는 부분이 있다면, 왜 마음에 들지 않나요? 무엇을 바꿀 수 있을까요? 어떻게 바꿀 건가요? 바꾸려면 무엇이 필요할까요? 어떤 도구가 필요할까요? 그것을 바꿀 도전을 받아들이시겠습니까? 여기에 충분한 시간과 노력을 쏟으셨나요? 방금 제출하신 이 영상 너머에 있는 기술을 이해하고 계신가요? 그걸 이해하고 있나요? 그것 자체가 이미 스스로를 위한 분석적 사고입니다. 그러니 그런 과정조차 거치지 않는다면, 막상 긴박한 상황이 닥쳤을 때 어떻게 분석적으로 행동할 수 있겠습니까?
When I do the MVP and people submit their videos, they used to just throw on the video and ask me, what do you think? Well, let me reverse that. What do you think? What do you think? What do you see? What is good? Now, if there's things that you don't like, why don't you like it? What can you change about it? How are you going to change it? What do you need to change it? What kind of tool would you need to change it? Do you accept the challenge of changing it? Did you put enough time and effort in this? Do you understand the skill that goes beyond this of the submission of this video that you just did? Do you understand that? That's already analytical thinking for yourself. So if you don't even do that, how are you ever going to be analytical in the moment when the heat's on?
