Good evening, I'm Denise Fenzi and today we're going to talk about gaming the system, developing your creative training potential. I'll start out by saying I have never had so much fun pulling together a presentation. Alright, what will we talk about here? Making the unexpected expected. This is a big deal. We're going to talk about how to get started. I actually will spend a fair amount of energy on this, so hopefully you'll be on your way at the end of this webinar to go out on your own and try it. We'll talk about dealing with errors. There are going to be lots of errors when you're doing creative things. So that's a pretty simple thing, right? You're walking along and all of a sudden, you do something the dog doesn't expect. If someone hands you a puzzle that's designed for a three-year-old and it has ten pieces, you're not going to be engaged because you don't have to engage. You will be successful, but that's not very interesting.
