생각해 보세요, 이제 제 개는 제 아이와도 같습니다. 제 영혼의 단짝이나 다름없죠. 저는 그를 물건처럼 대하지 않습니다. 만약 제가 롱 어택(Long Attack) 훈련을 시키는데, 누군가 스스로를 증명하겠다고 나서서 세상에서 제일 잘난 척을 하려 든다면, 저는 그 사람을 가만두지 않을 겁니다. 알겠습니까? 이건 장난이 아니고 재미로 하는 것도 아닙니다. 그러니 평생을 바쳐 개를 훈련시킨다는 마음가짐으로 임해야 합니다. 그는 당신의 친구니까요. 개들은 오직 명예를 위해 경기장에 들어서는 겁니다. 그래서 저는 이 일을 정말, 정말 진지하게 받아들이고 있습니다. 모두 개들을 위한 것이고, 개들과 참가자들을 위한 일이죠. 주위에 누가 있든, 저에게는 중요하지 않습니다.
You have to think like, you know, my dog now, he's like my kid. He's like my soulmate. I don't take him like a thing. And if I send him in Long Attack and then it's coming somebody who will want to prove himself and show that he's the biggest guy in the world, I will fucking kill him. Okay? That's not game and that's not fun. So you need to take it like you prepare your dog whole life. It's your friend. And they are entering the field just because of the honor. So in the end, I'm taking this really seriously, really seriously. All for dogs and therefore dogs and competitors. Who else around? Doesn't matter for me.
