무언가를 금지하는 법안들의 문제는 그것이 사람들의 기분을 좋게 만든다는 것입니다. 자신이 성공했다고 느끼게 만들어 주죠. 하지만 우리가 '대신 이렇게 할 수 있습니다'라는 다음 단계를 제시하지 못한다면, 그리고 그 방법이 더 나은 수준까지는 아니더라도 최소한 동일하게 성공적인 결과를 낼 수 없다면, 우리가 그 부분을 놓치고 있는 경우, 금지 조치는 효과가 없습니다.
The problem with legislations that ban things is that they make you feel good, that make you feel that you're successful. But unless we can give that next step of this is what you can do, and it works, if not better, just as equally successful, if we're failing that part, banning does not work.
